Vladimir
Perovic.
Born in Nikšić, Montenegro, where drums, climbing and basketball filled the years between school desks and first sketches.
In 2001 he moved to Belgrade to study Architecture at the University of Belgrade. In 2008 he joined Colombo&Bo under Bojan Šupeljak and Paolo Colombo — continuing with Šupeljak at Articons from 2010.
In 2013, he opened his own practice. Establishing a multidisciplinary practice committed to architectural excellence, delivering bespoke solutions across residential, hospitality, and development sectors.

A year after opening his own practice, in 2014 Vladimir co-founded AA Studio Belgrade with his partner Tea Latinović.
Together, they lead a dynamic team of architects and designers, focusing on both high-end private residential projects and ambitious commercial developments.
The studio's work is defined by precision, a deep understanding of materials, and an unwavering commitment to bringing the client's vision to life.

We specialise in bespoke private homes — both interior and exterior — shaped around the unique lifestyle of each client.
Our practice extends to hospitality: cafés, bars, restaurants, and wellness spaces. And to large-scale residential developments, condominiums, and mixed-use complexes where architecture meets city life.
