What goes into IDR, PGD, PZI and PIO
Choose the documentation type and describe the building. The list shows the parts the rulebook requires, with the article or annex for each item. You can then download a Word draft of the main volume built from the annex forms.
The list does not replace the lead designer's decision on which projects are included (Art. 26), nor the conditions of public authorities. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is sent.

Title page, contents, appointment decision and lead designer's statement, documentation contents, designer and building data — from the forms in Annexes 1, 3 and 8. Empty fields stay as lines with the form's instructions.
The document is created in your browser; investor data never leaves your computer. Complete the draft and sign it with a qualified electronic signature (Art. 20).
